Re: Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light Review
I've shared in the past that I'm a shameless Tomb Raider nut, and I started playing this newest version when it became available for PC on Sept 28th ($15 download on Steam).
This version is different from any that I've played in the past: instead of the traditional 3rd person view it uses something called an "isometric" view (new to me), and it plays more like an arcade game than anything else I can think of. I've completed a few levels, and so far it's an absolute hoot.
Anybody else out there playing it?
Edit: I found the system requirements online:
Operating system: Windows XP/Vista/7
Processor: Intel Pentium 4@1.5 GHz / AMD Athlon XP 1500 +
Memory: 1 GB
Videocard: nVidia GeForce 6600 / ATI Radeon X1300 128 MB
Free hard drive space: 4 GB
Not exactly a big footprint, even my system is overkill!
